Raymond P. Cloud

President

Ray's Bio (continued)

Prior to working with Target, Ray volunteered for service in the U.S. Army. The experience played a tremendous role in shaping his leadership skills, instilling in him discipline, resilience, and the ability to work well with teams. After three years of service, Ray received an honorable discharge and obtained a B.S. degree in Criminal Justice at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. While at Target, Ray has been certified in a wide array of leadership and investigative areas.

Ray has been an active member of IOBSE since 1995, most recently serving on the Mentorship Committee. In addition, he is a longstanding member of ASIS.

Ray resides in the San Francisco area of California, with his wife of 16 years, Lisa, and his two children, Brandon and Lauren. The Cloud family enjoys volunteering in their community. Ray also likes to fish and work on home construction projects.

DuWayne Walker
Second Vice President

DuWayne's Bio (continued)

Prior to joining Target, DuWayne enjoyed a 17 year career as a Sergeant for the Minneapolis Police Department. A few of his assignments included being a Cadre Officer for the Police Academy where he trained and mentored over 200 recruits and cadets. He also spent two years as an investigator in the Internal Affairs Unit where he led the Use of Force Investigation Team and testified in District and Federal court. Finally, he was a member of the Police Mediation Team where he helped negotiate an agreement between the Police Department and the Community of Minneapolis. During his career DuWayne received two medals of Valor and several letters of accommodation.

In 2003, DuWayne received his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Concordia University, St. Paul, MN, were he graduated summa cum laude. In 2005, DuWayne earned his Master of Arts in Organizational Management, also from Concordia.

DuWayne currently resides in Golden Valley, Mn with his wife of almost two years, Susan, who was an all-American volleyball player at the University of Minnesota. They both enjoy focusing on their faith, family, fitness and friends.

Terry Wilson

Terry's Bio (continued)

Terry then went on to work for Hudson department stores. A Division of Dayton Hudson’s (Marshall Field’s) as a Loss Prevention Manager. He then went on to become a Group Loss Prevention Manager for Marshall Field’s and later a Regional Loss Prevention Manager for Macy’s North after the merger. Terry has been an active member of IOBSE since 2005.

Terry resides in the Detroit area of Michigan, with his wife of 22 years, Simone and his two sons, Terrance and Stefon. The Wilson family enjoys spending time with family and attending church at King David Missionary Baptist church. Terry also like to cook and enjoys fishing.

Fanchon Barnes
Secretary

Fanchon's Bio (continued)

Fanchon joined Target in 1994 with over 10 years of Retail Management and Leadership experience she has held numerous Executive roles within the company for over fourteen years. In addition to her core role, Fanchon currently captains the Assets Protection Women in Leadership Development Group and is a Regional Sponsor for the Managing Inclusion Committee. She also captains the Regional Assets Protection Diversity Recruitment strategies and serves on the Diversity Committee. Fanchon has been recognized for her countless efforts towards diversity executive recruitment and outstanding team development! In 2008, she was awarded the "George Logan Education Award" by the International Organization of Black Security Executives’ National Board of Directors.

Fanchon received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Concordia University in St. Paul, Minnesota in Organizational Management and Communications. She has a passion for education and often conducts educational presentations on campus, facilitates several training courses for Target, is a Certified Instructor of the Crisis Prevention Institute, Inc., resides on the Minneapolis Regional Committee for the Network of Executive Women, and is an active member of the International Organization of Black Security Executives (IOBSE) in which she holds the roles of Student Education Liaison and Board Secretary.
